We do business 365 days a year, but we sure don’t love coming into the office on Saturdays. Well… sometimes we have to because someone is bringing in a big deal to sell us. Today was such a day, and what a nice deal it was (is). We have a big old pile of NICE Swiss 20 Franc Helvetias (aka Vrenelis) and a stack of old German Kaiser Wilhelm 20 Marks gold coins. We are looking to sell these pretty European “fractionals” before Monday, so we’re offering them CHEAP!
Gold and silver prices continue a slow but steady climb from out of the depths. Since hitting bottom on August 17, gold is up 4.4%. Likewise, silver has gained better than 4% since its low mark on September 11. Even more impressive is platinum, up 8% since September 4 and palladium, which has soared 28% since August 15th, truly an impressive run!
I keep telling folks… PALLADIUM, PALLADIUM, PALLADIUM!
This week’s rare certified coin specials:
As usual, we have hand picked our certified specials both for their exceptional eye appeal and their steep discount off of price guide. This week’s great buys include a handsome, better date Carson City $20 Liberty Double Eagle, a gorgeous lot of MS65 Carson City Morgans and a rare and lovely 1903 $10 Liberty.
Palladium: $1,083 (up 28% in the last nine weeks!)
Thank you so much for reading! We sincerely appreciate it!
Wishing you and yours a great weekend!
Palladium is on fire!
We haven’t spoken a whole lot about it over the years because it has been both kind of a “forgotten precious metal” and, frankly, it has always been a bit difficult for us to source consistently! That said, as we’ve been watching palladium take off like a rocket lately, we’ve worked hard to establish a good and reliable source. The results? We have a few terrific products to offer you this weekend at great prices.

EUROPEAN GOLD FRACTIONALS
“Fractionals” are simply coins that weigh less than one ounce. These immensely popular pre-1933 gold coins have long been sold as “historical and collectible” by those late night TV shows. And they charge a hefty premium above melt value for them.
WE DON’T! (not today, anyway)
SWISS HELVETIAS (.1867 oz gold content)
These awesome little Swiss gold coins were minted from 1897 to 1935, then again in 1947 and 1949. Your coins will ONLY be the pre-1933 ones!
Coins are “mostly BU”
AP*** charges spot +23.99 per coin for BU (brilliant uncirculated)

GERMAN 20 MARKS GOLD (.2304 ounce gold content)
These historical German coins have a gold content of just under a quarter ounce each (similar to British Sovereigns, old US $5 Quarter Eagles or Mexican 10 Pesos).
These cool old coins, featuring Kaiser Wilhelm, were minted between 1888 and 1913. Coins are circulated but not beat up (I’d say average grade is probably XF/AU).
Ten (10) coins: only $319 each ($3,190 total)
Twenty (20) or more:only $309 each!
We only have around 40 of these, so first come, first served
Coins will be random date(s) of our choice
